Where have I been?
Pop was diagnosed with Parkinson's, so the past few weekends I've been helping out with yardwork n stuff until his medication kicks in. Most folks wait 10 or 20 years before getting the symptoms diagnosed and by they've suffered severe neurological damage so nothing can be done. Pop only waited a few months -setting up appointments and testing- so now he's enjoying his retirement at the ripe old age of 52 and is even back in his woodshop (but wary of the tablesaw).
Then my Bro broke the law tractor, trapping my mech in the garage unless I tow the tractor out/push it back in with my van :S
Finally got some free time to wind down and work on the comic some more.
Good to hear your pop found out about it early. That is some big news.
Damn that's younger than I am, Hope everything works out.
"law tractor" is that what you plow under lawyers with?
Out of the entire family, only a great uncle on my granny's side had it years ago. Probably genetic, but its a $15k test to find out D:
It was initially a shock but things calmed down once pop knew it could be treated.
Unfortunately the law tractor is of the little variety, so only little lawyers.
